Asuun yhdistin Zaran mustat korkokengät mitä on jo jonkin verran tullu käytettyä. Zarasta on ehdottomasti tullu “vakkaripaikka” korkokenkien suhteen, löydän sieltä melkeimpä aina uudet luottokorot millä jaksaa kävellä ja tanssahdella. Toinen vakkariostospaikka on ehdottomasti Nelly, näistä paikoista saa edullisesti ihania korkoja.
Hello Monday and extra cheerful hello to this week! We finally had the chance to take outfit pictures with my coworker Mia who also happens to be a blogger. Especially after having a hectic Spring at work, it’s pure gold to spend some time together with this girl and actually eat lunch.
Since I’ve been a total party chick lately I thought that this beautiful glittery dress from Tommy Hilfiger would be a perfect fit for today. I combined one of my favourite black high heels from Zara and sunnies from Ellos. Lately my go to store for high heels has been Zara purely because the quality is good, the heels are almost always super comfy and the price point is excellent. Another go to place for high heels is Nelly. I love the style of both of these stores and quality compared to prices. Also I tend to change my style quite often so you know, I need to eat.
I have to wonder out loud, well silently as I’m writing this – I’ve been getting a little bit too comfortable with this no makeup thing. Like yet again today I left the house in under 10 minutes and had some lipstick on. This is getting out of hand! The upcoming weekend is so dedicated for my precious highlighters and blending. I’m missing blending, can you imagine.

I’m back with a new favourite! I know that I’m totally spoiling the end result for you but when you find a good one, why hold back. As I already told you on my previous post, my skin has come a long way and I almost feel more confident without makeup than with it. I think it’s a mixture of products that I’ve been using and love of the sun.
During my years on this lovely earth I’ve noticed that my skin absolutely loves the sun and dry air is the enemy. In addition to taking in the ray’s (with proper spf of course!) I’ve changed my skin care routine a little bit. I used to wonder how people could instantly tell if a product worked for them or not as I hadn’t had that strong of reactions neither to the positive nor negative side. You could say that I went with intuition, “this feels ok” and “I forgot I even have that cream = not good”. This time around it’s a totally different story. Since my skin care routine has more than a few products, heh, I figured that I’d start with this goodie.
Surely almost all of you have already seen Glamglow all over social media and their metallic masks. Well, this mud mask ain’t pretty nor metallic. I got the Glamglow Youthmud mask which suited best for my skin type. I was almost steered away from buying the product because of the price but I’d hear sooo many good things that I had to try. I’m glad that I did.
To give you small overview of the ingredients, I found this smart list of some of the ingredients that the Glamglow Youthmud has: “Volcanic Rock, Volcanic Mineral Ash, French Sea Clay, Purified Clay, Real Pieces of Green Tea Leaf, Green Tea Seed Oil, Grape Seed, Chamomile Flower, Marigold Flower, Cucumber, Ivy, Herb Leaf, Lavender Oil.”
- Even skin tone afterwards, no redness
- Smaller pores
- Brighter skin
- Removes impurities really well!! Not kidding
- Burns like hell
- Distinctive smell -> Green tea (but I like it, you might not)
- I like the green tea leaf’s but then again the pieces tend to scroll and fall off while applying the mask
To round up, I do love this mask and honestly it removes impurities really well and makes my pores smaller. Every product that makes that kind of magic happen, I’m sold.
My mind has been wondering from one place to another, from goals to the moment being and then yet again to the future. Today I sat down with my close friend and it always surprises me how even the hardest things and thoughts are solved in a few minutes with a good friend. Actually there’s not always even a need to tackle on something, things just work out by themselves in the right company. My closest friends know that I’m really bad at keeping in touch frequently since I’m more of a “let’s see and talk and have fun” kind of girl. But every day I’m grateful for the amazing people that I have in my life and who’s life I can be a part of. So just as a quick reminder, value the people close to you and be there for them when they need you.
By the way, I’ve been rocking a bare face for a few days and felt confident about it! I’ve tried out a few different beauty products and for now it seems like I’ve found the perfect combo. Finally!
Now this tired young woman will go to bed. I feel like a granny.
Love you! xx
