Happy Tuesday everyone! Hopefully your week has started well with lots of energy and positivity. As I told you on my last post I finally got to go to Tallinn, yay! Though I have to admit that I didn’t eat these cakes this time around, these pictures are from my earlier trip. Which takes me to one of the reasons why I feel happy and proud of myself at the moment. I’m getting back on my track regarding the food that I’ve been eating lately. I’ve been thinking about my meals for weeks now, but just haven’t “been able” to make the right decision often enough. Last week my body just shut down, I felt really tired and all I could think about was veggies and berries. If that’s not a clear sign I don’t know what is.
So, I’ve been stepping up my game and I feel so much better. It shouldn’t come as a surprise how much food affects how we feel and how it affects on our energy levels. Guess this is a lesson that needs to be learned more than once, heh. I’d gladly actually learn it this time around – But point being, I feel good and it’s all thanks to healthy nutritious food and sleep AND water. Now that I’ve become a life coach and proven to you that I’m a professional (read the sad part again) I want to give you a challenge!
As a newly announced health professional I thought it would only be fitting to do a challenge. As I’m a reasonable health coach and fully aware that many of you will be celebrating midsummer on the upcoming weekend (me too, a little bit), I’ll make it easy for you. Before the magical movement of moons and stars, you should have two days when you eat super healthy. Moon and stars = before the month ends. Simple huh? So you have about 8 days left and you need to choose 2 days for the #healthylife.
Maybe these pictures don’t fully support my proposal, but, you can consider these pictures as your first challenge! Clever huh.
If you however want to splurge on your 6/8 days, I totally recommend Restaurant Farm – the cafeteria side is the one I visited. One of the best cakes I’ve tried in Tallinn. No joke.
